Tricia
Zunker, Esq. is admitted to the practice of law in California. She graduated from
University of Wisconsin in Madison where she triple-majored in: 1) French; 2) Political
Science; and 3) International Relations. She also earned a Certificate in European
Studies. She was a member of the Deans List, Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society,
Golden Key National Honor Society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the
Wunk Sheek Native American Organization. Ms. Zunker graduated from UCLA School of Law.
While at UCLA, she participated in several Moot Court competitions, including representing
UCLA nationally in the NNALSA competition. She was also a member of the Journal of
International Law and Foreign Affairs. During both undergraduate and law school, Ms.
Zunker studied in Paris, including studying international law and business transactions
during law school.
She has worked as an attorney at several large law firms in Los Angeles prior to starting
her own practice on a variety of cases, including antitrust litigation, breach of contract
claims, copyright infringement, white collar criminal defense and class action lawsuit.
Since starting her own practice, Ms. Zunker represents clients in a variety of matters and
concentrates on the areas of family law, civil litigation, entertainment law, immigration
and debt relief among others. She has also worked in the entertainment industry and
combines that knowledge with her legal knowledge for effective counsel. She has been a law
professor at California School of Law for 3 years, teaching Legal Research and Writing,
Contracts, Criminal Law and Torts at various times throughout her career. Originally from
Wisconsin, she is a member of Ho-Chunk Nation.
